Lost or damaged items:

Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. Due to agricultural regulations, some states may restrict the shipment of live plants. If your state has restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Delays & Issues:
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or agricultural inspections. If your tree arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Change of address:
If you entered it by mistake or would like to change the delivery address, you have 12 hours to do so. You must contact us as soon as possible.
